Something on the site is wrong
The most useful email we get. A wrong temperature range, a photo of the wrong species, a fish listed as freshwater that is not, care advice that would harm an animal. Include the page link and what you expected to see.

You took my photo
Photography here comes from Creative Commons and educational sources and is credited per image. If you are the photographer and want the credit fixed, the license corrected, or the image removed, say so and it happens. No photo stays up over its creator's objection, and you do not need to explain why.
A species is missing or thin
If you keep something that has no page, or a page with no photo and no care information, that is worth telling us about. Species that people actually keep get built out first, and a message from someone keeping one is the clearest signal we get.
Privacy and data
Questions about what the site stores, or a request to access or delete data about you. There are no accounts here and only short-lived server logs, so there is usually very little to hand over, but ask and you will get a straight answer. Details on the privacy page.
Everything else
Bug reports, feature ideas, a tank you built that broke the builder in an interesting way. All welcome.
What we cannot help with: diagnosing a sick fish from a description, valuing livestock, or homework. For a fish that is unwell, an aquatic vet or an active hobby forum will do far more for you than a database will.
