Found in the freshwater and brackish habitats of Indonesia, Auriglobus silus is a small but feisty pufferfish that punches well above its weight in terms of attitude. Like other members of the Auriglobus genus, it carries the characteristic fused beak-like teeth that puffers are known for, and it will put them to use on anything it considers a snack or a threat.
